1 Account Eligibility

To register and use the MBI345 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be 18 years and above. MBI345 does not permit participation from individuals under the age of 18 under any circumstances.
• You must be an individual (not a company or legal entity) registering in your own name.
• You are not currently on any self-exclusion list enforced by any recognised gambling authority.
• You register and play of your own free will, not under coercion or influence from any other party.
• You are not located in a country or region where online gambling activities are prohibited under applicable local laws.

2 Registration & Identity Verification (KYC)

Each user is only allowed to own one (1) account on the MBI345 platform only. Multiple account registrations—whether using the same or different personal information—are strictly prohibited and may result in closure of all related accounts along with forfeiture of any existing balances.

All information you provide during registration must be accurate, current, and truthful. MBI345 implements a Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification process that includes:

• A valid copy of your identity card or passport
• Proof of current residential address (recent utility bill or bank statement)
• Verification of the payment method used
• Any additional information that MBI345 deems necessary for compliance requirements

The KYC process is mandatory before your first withdrawal and may be requested again by MBI345 at any time. Failure to complete the KYC process within the specified timeframe may result in temporary suspension or account closure.

3 Deposits & Payment Methods

MBI345 supports a variety of safe deposit methods suitable for Malaysian users, including FPX (Online Banking), DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and other digital wallets listed on the platform's deposit page.

• The minimum deposit is RM 30 for all payment methods.
• All deposits must come from a payment method registered under the same user's name.
• MBI345 does not accept deposits from third parties. Any deposit detected as originating from a third-party account will be returned, and the account in question may be subject to further review.
• Deposit funds are typically credited to your account within 1 to 5 minutes. Any delay exceeding 30 minutes should be reported to our customer support team.

4 Fund Withdrawal

Withdrawals from your MBI345 account are subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal is RM 50.
• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, which must have completed the verification (KYC) process.
• Withdrawal processing time is between 15 minutes to 24 hours for fully verified accounts.
• Bonus balances that have not met the rollover requirement cannot be withdrawn until the rollover conditions are fulfilled.
• MBI345 reserves the right to request additional supporting documents for withdrawal requests exceeding certain limits, for anti-money laundering (AML) compliance purposes.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses and promotions offered by MBI345 are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated alongside each offer. General rules applicable to all bonuses are as follows:

• Bonuses are exclusive to one (1) account, one (1) device, one (1) IP address, and one (1) delivery address per household.
• Rollover/turnover requirements must be met before any winnings from bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• MBI345 reserves the right to cancel or modify any bonus if there are indications of abuse, manipulation, or bonus fraud.
• Unused bonuses within the stipulated time period will expire automatically.

Players suspected of abusing the bonus system — including but not limited to risk-free betting, hedging, or opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses — will forfeit all related bonuses and wins.

• All confirmed betting results are final and cannot be reversed except in cases of proven technical errors.

• MBI345 reserves the right to void any bets placed due to odds errors, system faults, or inaccurate information.
• Game results using an RNG (Random Number Generator) are final and have been verified by an independent auditing body.

7 Account Security

You are fully responsible for keeping your account login details secure. MBI345 recommends that you:

• Log out of your account after every session, especially on shared devices.
• Report to the MBI345 support team immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorization.

MBI345 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account by a third party if you fail to keep your login credentials secure.

8 Prohibited Activities

Use of the MBI345 platform is subject to the following prohibitions. Any violation may result in immediate account closure and legal action:

• Registering more than one account using the same or different identities.
• Money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Using automation software, bots, or scripts to exploit the betting system.
• Manipulating or exploiting technical bugs for unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of live casino games or poker games.
• Providing false information during registration or the KYC process.
• Using a credit card or third-party bank account to make deposits.
• Any action intended to damage the reputation or operations of MBI345.

9 Account Suspension & Closure

MBI345 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account under the following circumstances:

12 Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, MBI345 is not liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.
• Service disruptions caused by maintenance, system failure, natural disasters, or events beyond the platform's control (force majeure).
• Losses arising from unauthorised use of your account by a third party due to your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.
• Odds inaccuracies caused by errors from third-party data providers.

In any case, MBI345's maximum liability to a user is limited to the total amount deposited into the account within the 30 days preceding the claim.
